The fourth-generation owner, Etsuji Wada, has been personally roasting the seeds for over 45 years. Known as the best roaster in Japan, his skills produce sesame seeds with delicate & nuanced flavor like none other.

These delicious seeds have been roasted by the 4th generation master, Etsuji Wada, for over 40 years. The black sesame seeds have a distinct thick nutty flavor that does well on salads, rice, yogurt and even ice cream.
